The Lynbrook Residents Association is proud to launch Tai Chi QiGong in the Park — a new community fitness program designed to bring locals together in a relaxed, supportive outdoor setting.
- 📍 Location: Banjo Paterson Reserve (near the exercise equipment)
- đź“… When: Thursdays during daylight saving
- ⏰ Time: Arrive at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start
- đź’˛ Cost: $10 per session
- đź’ł Payment: Card payment only (EFT available onsite)

Qigong is a gentle mind–body practice combining slow, flowing movements, breathing techniques and calm focus. It is often described as “meditation in motion” — building strength, balance and mental clarity without high-impact strain.
