Group practicing Qigong

If you’ve been thinking about trying Tai Chi Qigong but aren’t sure what to expect, this post is for you.

Many people come to their first class feeling a little nervous — wondering if they’ll keep up, or whether they need any experience. The good news is that Tai Chi Qigong is one of the most beginner-friendly practices you’ll find.

What happens in a typical class?

Classes run for 45 minutes and are relaxed and unhurried. We move through a series of gentle flowing movements that are easy to follow, even if you’ve never done anything like this before. There’s no pressure to be perfect — everyone starts somewhere.

Who comes along?

People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Many of our students have never tried Tai Chi or Qigong before walking through the door.

What do I need to bring?

Just comfortable clothing and flat shoes. That’s it.

We’d love to see you there. No bookings required — just come along!
