Tai Chi Qigong Classes via Zoom

Online Tai Chi Qigong classes are available Australia-wide and internationally.
Ideal for individuals, organisations, corporate wellbeing programs,
and remote participants.

What Is Qigong?

Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) means energy cultivation.
Archaeological evidence shows Qigong has been practised in China for over
5,000 years. Through gentle movement, controlled breathing, and intention,
Qigong helps restore balance and support the body’s natural healing processes.

What Is the Difference Between Tai Chi and Qigong?

Tai Chi originated as a martial art with health benefits, while Medical
Qigong is specifically focused on health and healing. Tai Chi is a form of
Qigong, and Qigong is a core part of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Qigong is generally easier to learn and accessible to beginners.

How Does Tai Chi Qigong Work?

Slow, gentle movements synchronised with the breath help shift the body
from stress mode into a parasympathetic (relaxed) state. In this state,
the body’s natural healing mechanisms can function more effectively.
